1. Electricity billing standards

1. Electricity bills increase at a fixed rate of 5% every year.
2. Effective March 20, the minimum hosting electricity bill is $315.
3. We recommend a budget of 330 USD for electricity bills to cover common power fluctuations.
4. When the actual power of a single Colo/U is less than 180W, it will be billed as 180W.

2. Listing and installation fees

1. New customers who make a one-time prepayment for the first three months will be exempted from the 88 USD listing and installation fee.
2. Customers who have not prepaid for the first three months will need to pay an installation fee of 88 USD in the first bill.
3. The labor fee for installing the system is 20 USD/time, and the service scope is limited technical support.

3. Power consumption deviation and adjustment

1. If the actual electricity consumption significantly exceeds the coverage of the prepaid electricity bill, we will adjust the cost based on actual consumption.
2. If the equipment exceeds the agreed power limit for a long time, we have the right to require the customer to upgrade the power range or perform hardware rectification.

4. Management port and device security

1. If the IPMI password is modified without confirmation, causing the device to lose contact, a 100 USD replacement fee will be charged, plus the remote handover fee for the day.
2. Any equipment abnormalities, repairs or manual recovery caused by customer operations will be borne by the customer.
