Remote Hands and Additional Services

1. Remote hand service

1. The basic rate for remote trading is 80 USD/hour.
2. Customers need to bear the actual transportation costs during the remote hand service.
3. If the service hours exceed the local public transportation operating hours, the return transportation costs (such as taxi) incurred will be borne by the customer.
4. The initial installation fee for physical equipment will be charged as agreed on the "Power and Installation" page.

2. Document issuance service

1. For customized documents required for non-standard business processes (such as LOA, ROA, authorization letters, non-standard consumption certificates, asset certificates), a manual processing fee of 20 USD/time will be charged.
2. Regular monthly bills do not fall within the scope of this article.

3. Additional costs of upstream resources

1. If the customer needs to apply for additional whitelisting or one-time settings when using specific upstream resources, and the upstream charges fees, we will pass them on at a 1:1 ratio.
2. Example: If the IIJ line whitelist fee is 50 USD, the customer will be charged 50 USD.

4. Technical support scope

1. Limited technical support is provided during the after-sales phase.
2. When assistance is required to deal with problems beyond the normal scope, the fee will be charged at 20 USD/hour, based on actual working hours.
