General principles and scope of application

1. Applicable objects

  1. These Terms apply to all customers who purchase or trial Astrix hosting-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").
  2. Customers who place orders, make payments, activate services, or actually use services are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Terms composition and priority

  1. The complete terms of the hosting service consist of the following contents: this TOS page, quotation form, work order confirmation record, bill and supplementary notice.
  2. If there is a conflict between terms, the order of priority is: explicit written agreement between the parties > current effective version of TOS > general explanatory documents.

3. Service delivery and billing initiation

  1. Once the service is delivered (subject to the provision of IPMI information and IP information), billing is deemed to have begun.
  2. Regardless of whether the customer goes online immediately after delivery, billing and resource usage will be performed as if the service has been activated.

4. Customer Basic Obligations

  1. Customers should provide true, complete, and contactable information, and ensure the consistency or traceability of the payment entity and the user entity.
  2. Customers need to ensure that their business content, traffic behavior and data processing comply with applicable laws, regulations and upstream network policies.
  3. Customers are responsible for their own business data backup and recovery plans; we are not responsible for data loss caused by customers' failure to back up.

5. Terms updates and notifications

  1. We may update the Terms based on compliance, operational or cost changes and provide notification via work order, email or billing notes.
  2. If the customer continues to use the service after notification, it will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

6. Data and logs

  1. To ensure network stability and security, we may retain network and operation and maintenance logs to the extent necessary.
  2. Logs are only used for troubleshooting, abuse disposal, compliance retention and security auditing.
  3. The customer is solely responsible for the integrity and recoverability of customer business data.

7. Service suspension and termination

  1. We have the right to suspend part or all of our services when there are overdue payments, serious abuse, refusal to make corrections, or risks of violation of laws and regulations.
  2. During the service suspension period, customers still need to bear the costs incurred and outstanding payments.
  3. After the service is terminated, we can recycle resources and clean up related configurations and temporary data within a reasonable period.
